Filet was excellent, mahi mahi was great. Wonderful place to dine with great atmosphere. Food so good I almost swallowed my spoon!

The staff was great, ambience was quiet with low lighting. I proceeded by ordering a ribeye which was cooked to perfection. The steak had a slight char with a lite crust and very tender. The server was very attentive.

What an inviting and charming ambiance. Modern and fresh with interesting art on every wall. Black wood with tan accents add old world class to the decor. The walls are hand sponged by a professional painter. I'd like to know their name because they're amazing in their craft. Starters, crisp hot bread served with Cinnamon apple butter. Geezz, I could of eaten that as my meal! Creamy yummy spread. Our ribeyes were PERFECTION. . The seseame stirfry was the bomb; cabbage, zucchini, summer squash, onions, carrots and peppers hallmarked this delious mix. The roasted tats and stuffed potatoe cake was different and savoy. Morgan, is our waitress. She's worked here for 3 years. She was attentive, informative and a pleasent,pretty young lady. The black aprons reflect an upscaled restaurant. Its nice to see employees sharp dressed. Kudos to the owners for seeing that presentation, is half the win. Jac's has been at this location for ten years. This place deserves 5 stars. Its amazing in every aspect of a restaurant. God bless the mgr and owner for creating such a awesome dining pleasure

When you want to go somewhere that's not a chain, JAC's is the place to go in Wilson. In fact there are probably only 2 other places in Wilson that compete, those being Pup's and Daniel's (f/k/a Quince). JACs is by far my favorite for it has it all -great atmosphere, food and spirits. Jeremy in the bar has been there for many years now and he makes me the best Sour Apples every time. Parmesan oyster appetizer and crab dip with pita points are great starters. Bread with house made cranberry butter is killer. Every one of the salads are tremendous and good! Entrees are varied and come with 2 sides. Price is in line with what it should be, a notch above Applebee's but well worth it. Lunch offerings are just as good. For your next night out, or for an after work cocktail, you can't do any better.

Pretty good place. They have different menus for lunch and dinner with some overlaps. Most of the things are non vegetarian. I liked the crispy French fries. I liked the Gorgonzola & Apple salad. This place is pretty busy during lunch time. They have a bar are and you can get a table there or get a table in the dining area. They only have bottled bears so that was a bit of a disappointment. My friend wanted Quesadilla that had chicken and bacon but with only chicken, the server said it's already made so can't do that. It was kind of surprising why it would be already made.

Jac's is a great place to eat. They have my favorite salad in a 45 mile area, Cranberry & Goat Cheese salad. I always get the salad and add grilled salmon to it with Mediterranean dressing. I also love their homemade potato chips with ranch dressing. If you are looking for an appetizer do not pass up the Buttermilk Battered Fried Green Tomatoes. They are thick and firm with a wonderful taste.

Out of town business lunch today, ordered Gorgonzola & Apple Salad: Field greens with spiced walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and roasted black peppered apples in a sweet maple dressing. I really wanted to lick the bottom of the salad it was THAT good. Associates had pimento cheese burger special, that they both said was outstanding...........bastards didn't share.......so I'll never know.................. Sold service, average atmosphere, great food............would highly recommend. Good job Jac.......good job.
